Frequently asked questions

What is Trustloom?

Trustloom is a B2B risk intelligence platform that automates company screening. It brings financial and legal information, risk signals, reputation findings and negative media into one structured report, helping you assess customers, suppliers and other business partners.

What is included in a Trustloom report?

There is one report version, with Company Connections Analytics and AI Investigator included.

Every report includes company screening across financial, tax, legal, labour, operational and reputation information, subject to source availability. This includes checks for sanctions and PEP exposure, relevant blacklists and unreliable-supplier lists, business or leadership bans, and connections to risky entities.

Trustloom identifies patterns of risk and flags them as Caution or Critical to help you prioritize review.

How long does a report take?

Most reports are generated within 5–12 minutes. Occasionally, a report may take longer when public registers or other sources are overloaded or temporarily unavailable.

Is each report generated using current information?

Every report is generated on request, collecting the latest information available from the sources checked during generation. The freshness of individual records depends on when each source last updated them.

Where does Trustloom get its information?

Approximately 85% of Trustloom’s data sources are government registers, authorities and other country-specific public sources. The remaining sources include media, news outlets and other openly available public sources.

Source availability varies by country and company.

What happens if my report is delayed?

Trustloom notifies you by automated email and displays a notice in the report-generation window. You’ll receive an email when your report is ready, and it will also be available in your dashboard.

Which countries are supported?
  • Live: Lithuania, Poland, Czechia and Slovakia.
  • Testing: Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy and Germany.
  • Coming 2027: Estonia, Latvia, Netherlands, France, Spain and Sweden.

You can generate reports for countries marked Testing, but report quality and data coverage are still being tested and improved.

Coming 2027 is planned coverage for 2027. Reports for these countries are not currently available and are not included in the free trial.

What do Clear, Caution and Critical mean?
  • Clear: No risks or warning signs were identified in the information checked.
  • Caution: Issues were identified that need attention. They are not critical, but may indicate emerging or increasing risks.
  • Critical: Significant risk signals or red flags were identified, such as violations, penalties, debts, sanctions or business bans.

These labels help prioritize review. Clear does not guarantee that a company is risk-free, and findings should be considered in context.

What does “No Data” mean?

The relevant information could not be obtained from the sources checked. Reporting obligations and public access rules vary by country, company type and size. Some information may not need to be reported or may be restricted.

Trustloom retries when a source is temporarily unavailable. In rare cases, changes to a register’s datasets, interfaces or access requirements may prevent retrieval despite retries.

“No Data” does not, by itself, indicate a problem with the company—or confirm that no risk exists.

What can AI Investigator help me explore?

AI Investigator is included in every report. It lets you explore the findings, supporting sources and additional information gathered during report generation—including information that did not meet the relevance threshold for a risk flag.

It analyses the report’s underlying research; it does not fetch new information with each question.

What does the free trial include, and how do I start?

Request a free trial using your email address. You’ll receive a trial signup link at that address, with activation the same day.

The trial includes 5 free company reports with no time limit for countries marked Live. No card details are required. Countries marked Testing are not included.

Does the free trial turn into a paid subscription?

No. The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Which plans are available?

Paid reports are available as prepaid packs or by subscription. Prepaid packs of 5, 10 or 25 reports cost €75, €125 or €300, with no subscription required.

Monthly subscriptions include 25, 50 or 100 reports per month for €275, €475 or €775 per month. Annual plans are billed upfront for twelve months at ten times the monthly fee. You get 300, 600 or 1,200 reports to use at any time during the twelve-month billing period.

All prices exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes.

See the Pricing and Service Schedule for full details.

Do prepaid reports expire?

Yes. Prepaid reports expire 6 months after purchase.

See the Pricing and Service Schedule for full details.

What happens to unused subscription reports at the end of a billing period?

Unused subscription reports do not carry over to the next billing period and are not refundable. If you upgrade, remaining reports are added to the allowance for the first billing period of your new plan.

See the Terms & Conditions for full details.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for a period of the same length unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. We send a renewal reminder at least 15 days before each billing period ends.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time from within your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access and any remaining reports continue until then. Under an ordinary cancellation, fees for the current billing period are not refunded. See the

Terms & Conditions for full details.

What if I use all my reports before the period ends?

There are no automatic overage charges. Once your allowance for a billing period is used, you can buy further reports one at a time within your subscription. The price is shown in your account on the platform before you order.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier, or from monthly to annual, at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately: a new billing period starts and the full fee for the new plan is charged that day. Unused reports are added to the first period of the new plan. No part of the fee already paid for the previous plan is refunded.

Does Trustloom make the final decision for me?

No. Trustloom helps you identify and review company information and risk signals. It complements your existing procurement, compliance and credit processes. Your team stays in control of the final decision.
